A £200 Deposit per week is required to secure your booking, Full payment required for booking made less than 6 weeks Payment can be made by Cheque. Pool heat is optional and available at an extra cost of £100 per week. Security Deposits of £250 per week required per booking, this is not charged unless damages occurs, otherwise, this will be refunded within 28 days of vacating the villa. Stays shorter that 5 days will incur a cleaning charge of $50.00.
