Upon entering the villa you will see the large and spacious living room and dining area which is furnished to a very high standard as are all the rooms in our villa. The open plan area consists of luxurious but comfortable couches along with a TV with access to over 70 channels and a Playstation with games. The separate dining area allows you to be that little bit more formal should the occasion arise.

Located off the dining area is the kitchen. The kitchen is fully equipped, including a large Fridge/Freezer with ice and chilled water dispenser, Cooker, Microwave and Dishwasher. There is a seperate dining area located within the kitchen (aka breakfast nook) so space is at an optimum. There is also a utility room just off the kitchen area that has a large washing machine and a separate matching tumble dryer.

The Master Bedroom is situated on the right hand side of the villa and has a king sized bed with a en-suite bathroom. On the left hand side of the villa is the 2nd Master Bedroom which again has an en-suite bathroom. Both Master Suites have access to the pool/spa area through a private door. The bedrooms have been furnished to give flexible sleeping accommodation for up to 10 people. The 2nd bedroom features a queen sized bed and has a separate private bathroom. Bedrooms 4 and 5 both feature twin beds and are themed featuring Disney and Marvel Super Hero characters. The 4th and 5th bedrooms both have access to a shared bathroom.

Enjoy watching the kids splash around in the private pool. The pool has heating, so no matter what time of year you visit us you can always count on getting into a warm swimming pool. One of the great features of villa is the fact that we have no rear facing neighbors so privacy is definitly an option that we can offer.

One of the villas unique features is our in-house games room so after a splash in the pool you and your family can join in some family fun playing pool or fus ball. The choice is yours.
